Q: Are your crystals natural?
A: We make our pieces with natural crystals. As they form, natural crystals develop ice cracks, cloudy inclusions, mineral spots and bands of colour — these are natural textures, not flaws, and they are what make every piece one of a kind. Every piece is checked before shipping; obvious damage or breakage never ships.
Q: Will every bracelet of the same style look identical?
A: No two are exactly alike. Every natural bead differs in colour depth and texture, so the actual piece may vary slightly from the photos — that is the nature of natural materials. If you would like to check how a piece looks before ordering, feel free to ask our customer service.
Q: What do the crystal meanings mean?
A: In traditional culture, different crystals carry different wishes——for example, amethyst symbolises composure and focus, rose quartz carries relationships and affection, citrine carries wealth and career, and obsidian carries protection and peace. These are cultural meanings and personal tokens; we make no claims of effect or therapeutic benefit. Choose by what you love and what speaks to you.
Q: How do I choose the right bracelet for me?
A: Try three angles: first, the meaning categories (wealth, romance, peace, career, sleep, and more); second, whether the colour suits your everyday outfits; third, whether the wrist size fits (see the Wrist Measuring Guide). When in doubt, pick the one you loved at first sight — it is usually the right one.
Q: How do I care for my bracelet day to day?
A: See the Care & Cleansing page for details. The key points: avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, detergents and other chemicals; take it off when bathing, swimming or exercising; and store it separately in a velvet pouch or jewellery box, away from hard objects.
Q: Do crystals need cleansing? How often?
A: After wearing a crystal for a while, many people like to cleanse it regularly — a personal habit rooted in cultural custom. Common methods and frequency are on the Care & Cleansing page; once a month, or after extended wear, is a common rhythm.
Q: How do I care for crystal planters and display pieces?
A: Display pieces need little care — just dust them gently with a soft dry cloth or a small brush. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight (some crystals fade with long sun exposure) and spots where they might be knocked or dropped. To clean, wipe gently with clean water and dry; never soak in chemical cleaners.
Q: Can I give these as gifts?
A: Of course. Every product is carefully packaged before shipping. To include a blessing, leave your message in the order note at checkout (a formal gift-box and greeting-card add-on is in preparation and will be marked on product pages once live).
Q: What if my piece arrives with a broken cord or damage?
A: Please take a photo and contact customer service as soon as you receive it. We treat quality issues as a priority — replacement or refund, with return shipping on us.
